Swedish

Swedish massage is to promote relaxation, reduce muscle tension, and improve circulation throughout the body. By applying gentle to moderate pressure along with smooth, flowing strokes, Swedish massage can help release knots and adhesions in the muscles, alleviate stress, and enhance overall well-being.
Swedish massage is often used to address a wide range of health concerns, including muscular tension, stiffness, and pain, as well as stress-related conditions, such as anxiety, insomnia, and headaches. It can also help improve flexibility, range of motion, and lymphatic drainage, leading to a greater sense of ease and vitality.
Tui-na

The goal of tui na is to promote the flow of qi (pronounced "chee"), or vital energy, throughout the body's meridians, or energy channels, and restore balance to the body's systems. By applying pressure and manipulation to these points and areas, tui na practitioners aim to relieve tension, alleviate pain, improve circulation, and enhance overall well-being.
Tui na is often used to treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, including musculoskeletal disorders, such as back pain, neck pain, and joint pain, as well as internal disorders, such as digestive issues, insomnia, and stress-related ailments. It is commonly used as a standalone therapy or in combination with other TCM modalities to address the underlying imbalances contributing to a person's health concerns.

Deep Tissue is a muscular therapy technique helps the skeletal system stay properly aligned. When our muscles become tight and constricted by fascia, the muscle pulls the skeletal system out of alignment causing nerve impingement, muscle knots, tension, and vascular constriction. The technique of deep tissue, is spot treatment work on a particular muscle or a group of muscles in an affected area of the body.
It is not a full body massage. It is meant to help with proper alignment of the body.
Myo fascia release

Myofascial release is a manual therapy technique that focuses on releasing tension and tightness in the fascia, a thin, tough tissue that surrounds muscles and other structures throughout the body. The goal of myofascial release is to alleviate pain, improve flexibility, and restore mobility by addressing restrictions or adhesions within the fascia.
