Our breath is considered the bridge between your consciousness and your body.

How it works:

During your session, your breath gently shifts your conscious mind to become still and it awakens your subconscious mind.  When the transition happens you will begin to understand the deeper connection of your mind/body because you will begin to feel the emotions and any physical injuries or pain that you have stored in the tissues of your body.

You will feel the sensation that is similar to being hypnotized, a deeply relaxed state of being and

as the session progresses, your body will begin to release the energy and holding patterns of your past traumas, hurts and any other injuries that you may have incurred in your lifetime.

After the session, your nervous system is calmer and you will be able to feel the energy that wasn't serving you is being released or releasing from your mind/body.   

You will feel cleared and have a peaceful sense of yourself along with an understanding of a great tool we have as human beings, to clear hurt and pain just by using our breath.

When we receive massage and energywork, we are taking the time to experience the mind/body connection that brings us back to our inner wisdom and stillness within.

Body Treatments

Our skin is the largest organ of our body and provides us with many benefits. Taking care of our skin helps our immune, respiratory, lymph, digestion, muscles, and vital organs stay healthy

Sea Salt Scrubs 

Detoxify and soften your skin, increase blood flow and circulation, and improve your immune system.

One Session 1.5 hours

Cortisol treatment

When we are over stressed or have experienced trauma our cortisol levels rise and we gain weight around our stomach, have low motivation, crave chocolate and sweets. 

Includes: Body wrapped with customized oil and mask, energy work- options; cranial sacral, reiki, or polarity. Diet plan, at home remedies, and yoga restorative poses

Detox, cellulite, & weight loss

This body treatment targets water weight and fat deposits in the skin.

Includes: Lymphatic massage, cupping, castor oil and aromatherapy body wrap.  Diet, daily dry brush, and exercise routine.

Customized herbal and natural remedies to give your skin the nutrients it needs to be rejuvenated.

Includes: Options for herbs, ginger, turmeric, rosemary, eucalyptus, lavender.  Vitamins: lemon, orange, strawberry, avocado, cumber, and raspberry.
